The selected pre-populated CRA sample is clearly a scam: it impersonates the Canada Revenue Agency, uses a non-CRA sender domain, pressures the recipient with a 24-hour threat, requests gift-card payment, and links over HTTP to a non-official domain. Sentinel’s 100/100 reasoning is specific and includes source links; I independently checked the linked CRA guidance, which confirms that CRA will not demand gift-card payment or ask for personal or financial information by email and advises avoiding email links. The demo’s existing case record says guardians were alerted previously; that was pre-existing sample data, not an action taken during this review.
