The visible UI did not expose a private-circle creation control, so private-circle creation was not completed. I also did not create the test note: the only visible note editor appeared inside an existing circle, and I left it empty to avoid posting into an existing circle or contacting anyone.
The site opened to an anonymous identity ('early sparrow') with existing shared moments and an hourly prompt. The captured UI contains no visible control for creating a private circle.
Not tested: Private circle creation
The anonymous home view showed the current name, existing moments, and hourly prompt, but no visible create-circle or private-circle control.
Not tested: Test note creation
A note editor was available only under an existing circle; it was inspected but left empty and unsubmitted to honor the no-posting constraint.
Passed: No invitations or contacts
No invite/contact action was used, and no message or invitation was sent.
